Shipping Policy
Free UK delivery
We try to send all our orders out as soon as possible but as most of our products are made to order they could take up to 3 weeks to be posted. They will be posted Royal Mail 2nd class.
 
Wedding Veils are made to order and could take up to 12 weeks. 
All wedding veils are sent signed for and a tracking number will be provided so you can keep track of your veil. 
Please get in touch if you need your order by a specific date and we will try our best to get your order posted as soon as possible. 
Returns Policy
We really hope you are happy with your purchase. All items are carefully checked and packed to ensure they arrive in good condition. If there is an issue regarding the quality of the product, please get in touch and we will look into this for you.
1. Returns
If you wish to return your item(s) you have 14 days to return your order from the day you have received your item(s). All items but be returned in unused/good condition and if possible, in the original packaging. This does not apply for bespoke products (please read section 3 for bespoke products).
2. Faulty
Please contact us if your item(s) is faulty, you have 14 days to return your item(s) from the day the fault is found. Please do not use the faulty item once the fault is found.
3. Bespoke products
Bespoke items are excluded from the return policy, refunds are not available unless the item is faulty.
4. Exchange
If you would like to exchange your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. 
5. How to return an order in the UK and how long it will take to process.
  • Please contact us (this can be through our contact page), we will provide you with a return address. Item(s) should be returned in new/unused condition. In the original packaging (if possible).
  • Please post your return item(s) and ensure to get proof of postage through the Post Office. It is important you have proof of postage as evidence of your return. 
  • You are responsible for the cost of postage for your return unless the product is faulty. 
  • Once the returned item(s) have arrived back we will complete a quality check to ensure they are in good new/unused condition. You will receive a refund within 14 days from the day your return has been received. We will let you know when your return has arrived and when your refund has been processed. 
  • If you have not heard from us within 14 days of your item being returned, please get in touch and provide us with your proof of postage so we can look into this for you. 

 

 

  • Step 1.

    Initially we will discuss any specific designs, styles and lengths you have in mind. Feel free to send any photos of inspiration you have. You will then receive a quote based on what we have discussed. Depending on the design, a small deposit may be required at this stage. I will then draw up a couple designs for you to have a look at.

  • Step 2.

    Once a design has been chosen you will receive a customer information form which will include all the information we have discussed and agreed on. At this stage a 20% non-refundable deposit will be requested prior to the making of the veil which will be deducted from the final payment.

  • Step 3.

    This is the exciting stage where I will begin making your veil. I will send you progress photos to ensure you are happy along the way. Once the veil is made you will be sent a final photo. Once the final payment has been made, I will post your veil 2nd class sign for.

  • You veil is designed specifically for you so it will be as unique and individual as you are, There is something very special about wearing something that is made for you.

  • I know first hand how stressful planning a wedding can be. Choosing a bespoke service really adds that personal touch where you will communicate with the designer directly making it a stress-free experience.

  • Your veil will be made to a very high quality by someone who is passionate about what they do and you will be supporting a small business.
